1. Collaborate with your assigned team (backend/frontend/QA) to build product features, tools, or infrastructure.
2. Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and team agile processes.
3. Learn and apply best practices in scalable system design, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
4. Contribute to internal projects or product enhancements used by real traders worldwide.

About you:

1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Engineering/Management, or related field.
2. Solid understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
3. Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript).
4. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from real-world engineering challenges.
5. Bonus points for:
