Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Handle high amounts of live chat and incoming emails
  2. Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
  3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  4. Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests
  5. Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
  6. Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  1. College degree or above
  2. Fluent Portuguese language, and advanced English is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders
  3. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce industry
  4. Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply
  5. High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
  6. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
  7. Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts
  8. Positive about the crypto industry

Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts
