Summary

Your role:

  1. Produce high-quality, targeted content for all client communication channels including email, push and in-app.
  2. Develop clear, accurate and actionable copy for promotions, product updates and automated journeys.
  3. Ensure all client communication meets internal brand guidelines, tone standards and compliance requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including Lifecycle, Product and Design to deliver precise and timely client-facing communication.
  5. Translate client insights, behaviour signals and business priorities into tailored messages that drive activation, engagement and retention.
  6. Support A/B testing by creating message variants and analyzing results to refine copy and improve performance.
  7. Maintain content consistency across channels, templates and campaigns while adapting style and framing to context and audience.
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of content workflows, quality controls and best practices within Client Operations.
