Summary
Your role:
- Produce high-quality, targeted content for all client communication channels including email, push and in-app.
- Develop clear, accurate and actionable copy for promotions, product updates and automated journeys.
- Ensure all client communication meets internal brand guidelines, tone standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Lifecycle, Product and Design to deliver precise and timely client-facing communication.
- Translate client insights, behaviour signals and business priorities into tailored messages that drive activation, engagement and retention.
- Support A/B testing by creating message variants and analyzing results to refine copy and improve performance.
- Maintain content consistency across channels, templates and campaigns while adapting style and framing to context and audience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content workflows, quality controls and best practices within Client Operations.
