Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and VIP customer management
  • Responsible for transactions, new additions and asset accumulation data of major customers
  • Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs
  • Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years in VIP customer management
  • Preferable in exchange, Web3 industry major customer (VIP) operation experience
  • Proficient in Korean and English or Chinese can be used as business communication
  • Good in communication and responsive
