Summary

As a Solutions Architect at QuickNode, you’ll serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure and the complex needs of both enterprise clients and channel partners. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with strategic insight to design and deliver solutions that align with each stakeholder’s business goals. Your work will be instrumental in helping customers and partners navigate the Web3 ecosystem, driving adoption and satisfaction while fueling QuickNode’s growth across the blockchain landscape.

What You’ll Do

1. Engage in exploratory sales calls to deeply understand customer and partner requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
2. Research and analyze client needs in the context of QuickNode’s capabilities to design tailored solutions that align business objectives with technical strategy.
3. Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical demos to validate solution approaches and accelerate customer adoption.
4. Experiment with emerging technologies and protocols to ensure QuickNode remains at the forefront of Web3 innovation.
5. Develop internal and external tooling, scripts, and reference implementations to streamline solution delivery and enhance customer success.
6. Influence the product roadmap by identifying gaps or opportunities based on client feedback and collaborating cross-functionally to shape new features and services.

What You’ll Bring

1. 4-6 years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on building custom solutions for blockchain and cloud infrastructure use cases.
2. Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with cost optimization experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, including HTTP and JSON-RPC protocols, relational and non-relational databases, and core blockchain systems such as Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin.
4. Extensive experience designing and deploying secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure for both enterprise and decentralized applications.
5. Familiarity with dApp development, smart contract integration, and blockchain network design, including validator and node configurations.
6. Deep expertise in infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture, with hands-on proficiency in coding and programming across multiple languages and frameworks.
7. Strong ability to translate non-technical customer needs into robust, scalable technical solutions, particularly within blockchain and Web3 environments.
8. Skilled in evaluating and optimizing cloud infrastructure costs across providers, especially for blockchain-related deployments and high-throughput workloads.
9. Expertise in multi-chain interoperability and cross-chain communication protocols.
10. Strong grasp of consensus mechanisms, Layer 2 scaling solutions, and blockchain security best practices.
11. Experience with advanced blockchain technologies such as zero-knowledge proofs, oracles, and DeFi protocols.
12. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing blockchain nodes, particularly on Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin.
13. Proven ability to develop and deploy complex smart contract architectures, including upgradeable contracts and DAO frameworks.
14. Familiarity with emerging trends in blockchain governance, tokenomics, and incentive design.

The US OTE salary range and level for this position are $203,320 - $227,240 per year and level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. This role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to company and individual goal achievement. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
