Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for the US and LATAM markets. This role requires deep expertise in crypto infrastructure use cases and a proven track record of closing complex deals in the financial sector. You'll be responsible for expanding our presence among major financial institutions and driving adoption of our infrastructure and compliance solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Lead outbound and inbound sales within your region
  2. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
  3. Build relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and innovation teams in your accounts
  4. Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
  5. Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASPs)
  6. Represent Notabene at industry events, webinars, and local conferences
  7. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene

Must Haves

  1. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in institutional financial services or crypto infrastructure
  2. Track record of closing seven-figure enterprise deals
  3. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or crypto
  4. Based in New York City or major financial hub in the Americas

Nice to Haves

  1. Extensive network within traditional finance and crypto institutions in the Americas
