Summary

As a Product Designer, you will contribute to enhancing our services and delivering new value to customers through thoughtful design of our service websites and products. You are expected to play an active role as a member of the product team, continuously improving our offerings with a user-first mindset.

1. UI/UX design for web services
2. UI/UX design for mobile applications (iOS and Android)
3. UI/UX design for updates and improvements to existing services

Required Skills

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
2. 2+ years of continuous involvement with a single product
3. Ability to understand design requirements and proactively make proposals
4. Experience conducting information architecture based on user scenarios and desired user experiences in collaboration with Product Managers
5. Proficiency in using Figma for professional design work

Nice-to-have Skills

1. Experience as a lead designer
2. Ability to create high-quality UI that balances trends, branding policies, and design consistency
3. Strong interest in or understanding of engineering
4. Interest in crypto assets, blockchain, or Web3 industries
5. Personal experience using crypto asset services or trading platforms
6. Experience working in English
7. Smooth communication skills in Japanese (for English speakers)

Compensation

8,000,000 - 13,000,000 yen - Monthly salary = Annual salary ÷ 12 - Breakdown of monthly salary: -- Fixed overtime pay: Equivalent to 45 hours/month = hourly wage + 25% × 45 hours -- Base salary = Monthly salary – Fixed overtime pay - Additional legal overtime, night, and holiday work exceeding 45 hours/month will be compensated separately - Various allowances (commuting, remote work, etc.) provided separately - Performance-based bonus available in addition
