Summary

We’re looking for an People Intern to join our dynamic People team from 

January to June 2026

. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR operations in a fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining experience in areas including but not limited to employee onboarding, HR systems management, payroll admin, and performance management processes.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  2. Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities
  3. Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  4. Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
  5. Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll administration
  6. Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience

What we're looking for:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
  3. Good communication skills and a team player mindset
  4. Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
  5. Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR
  6. Able to commit full-time for 6 months or more
