Are you passionate about generating high-quality B2B leads and driving outreach in a fast-paced IT environment? Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd is a global leader in blockchain, Web3, and digital transformation services, is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales [B2B] Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and identify potential B2B leads within IT and preferably in Web3, and AI domain
  2. Execute outbound email, Calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach campaigns to connect with key decision-makers.
  3. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  4. Maintain and update CRM / data records accurately.
  5. Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for nurturing and follow-up.
  6. Track performance and suggest improvements in lead gen strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation , preferably in the IT industry.
  2. Strong communication skills and persuasive outreach techniques.
  3. Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  4. Exposure to outbound email marketing, Tele Calling and cold outreach strategies.
  5. Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented.
