Summary

Were rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Sales Director to prospect, qualify, and close high-value enterprise clients, namely leading financial institutions and financial technology providers. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and driving the sales process from lead identification, outreach, and qualification to close within a defined territory. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to impact significantly some of the most innovative fintech and crypto companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environmentregulations are evolving, and market demand is sky-high for new financial products. You will be a trusted partner to crypto companies and fintechs compliance and business operations teams. You will work closely with the Notabene management team, solving challenging and urgent problems for our clients. What youll be doingDrive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer typesOwn the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiationsKeep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territoryCollaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrationsCreate & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and servicesWork with partners to extend reach and drive adoptionMeet or exceed quarterly revenue targetsMaintain a robust sales pipelineParticipate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partnersTravel as required

What youll bring

  • Experience (4+ years) technology-related enterprise SaaS sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling to C-Suite, product management, and/or compliance teams
  • Direct field experience working with Financial Institutions, FinTech, or RegTech companies
  • You are a quick learner and able to keep pace with the ever-changing regulatory landscape within crypto
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
  • You have a track record of success selling complex solutions and exceeding expectations
  • You are committed to continuous learning
  • Experience within the cryptocurrency market is required
