Sensing the seismic shifts taking place in the financial industry and recognizing the disruptive power of digital assets, we made it our mission to make these decentralized trends accessible to every business, from market leaders to small retailers.   We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Marketing team for a Defi Community Manager. As our Community Manager, you will have a special focus on all things decentralized finance. You'll also be creating content across all of our social channels and driving engagement across all platforms. Qualified candidates for this role must have in-depth knowledge of the digital asset space, including crypto and defi.   Responsibilities

• Create unique content for our social channels to promote our brand
• Develop & implement strategies to drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics & adjust strategies as needed
• Contribute to marketing collateral for the sales team
• Work cross-functionally on recruitment marketing projects

• Strong writer who doesnt rely on AI to generate content
• Ability to understand our products & create compelling content

• Experience with blockchain/crypto/web3.0 marketing is required
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management
• Experience with social media tools & analytics
• Bachelors degree
