  • Provide customer service
  • Field inbound support live chats, emails, telegram from users about our product offerings
  • Liaise between department to resolve problems
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
  • Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
  • Use problem solving, analytic, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Well-versed written in both English and Mandarin
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong sense of curiosity
