Summary
As an Account Executive (SMB) in GelatoConnect, you will be responsible for driving fast, transactional sales cycles and contributing directly to Gelato’s growth by converting inbound interest and outbound leads into new customers. This role gives you the opportunity to own the full sales process.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle for transactional SMB deals, from qualification to closing.
- Convert inbound demand quickly and efficiently into revenue.
- Manage a high volume of opportunities with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene to ensure forecasting accuracy and sales insights.
- Provide frontline feedback to Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to improve our go-to-market approach.
- Evangelize the benefits of GelatoConnect to SMB printers and help them scale profitably.

- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or cloud-based platforms.
- Demonstrated success in a high-velocity sales environment (SMB/transactional).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
