Duties/Responsibilities

Provide details of the responsibilities associated with the position below:

• Formation of corporate policy, communicating it to the employees of the company.
• Regulation of business processes of the department.
• Taking part in the adaptation of newly hired employees, accompanying them during the adaptation period together with the direct head of the department of the newcomer. 
• Drawing up and execution of labor contracts, contracts and agreements, formation and accounting of personal files of employees.
• Exercising control over compliance with the internal regulations of the enterprise, taking part in the resolution of labor conflicts and disputes. 
• Organization of the system of professional training of personnel and organizes corporate events.

Required Skills

• From 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• English from B2.
• Experience with HR Tools (People Force or similar)
• Knowledge of cryptosphere (will be +)
