The Company:

Early stage DeFi protocol created by seasoned founders, enabling for the optimisation of collateralised borrowing on Crypto loans by automatically managing the collateral.

Multiple raises have exceeded expectations with the most recent raise generating $4m. The team is distributed across Europe, the role will have you working directly with the co- founders in a collaborative envionment.

Role Summary

Solidity smart contract development and architecture, working with the founders on a complex protocol that optimises Crypto loans by managing the collateral. Initially this will be a stand- alone role, early next year they will be looking to build out a team of solidity developers and this role will become a team lead position.

Duties/Responsibilities

In this full time role, working closely with the founders to create a brand new protocol you will:

• Design, develop, test and deploy smart contracts in DeFi 
• 2 + years experience within DeFi
• In depth understanding of ERC20 standards and other DeFi protocols 
• Strong English speaking skills

Working arrangements:

This is a fully remote role although they would have a preference for people to be able to meet occassionally for meetings and socials, this would be once every 6 to 8 weeks. The ideal candidate would be located in the EU region they are flexible in terms of payment and are providing a generous vested token package.
