We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Content Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of our content production, distribution and performance.
This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content operations strategies and processes
- Create and execute Feed and Live content campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to support product development and improvement
- Manage Live schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Binance's scheduled Live events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content operations, or a similar role, in media or technology companies
- Stong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is a must
- Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills are necessary
- Fluency in Chinese or additional languages is a plus
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual contributor who is able to work independently and collaborate with remote global team members
