Summary
- Onboard retail clients/partners
- Execute marketing initiatives with merchants and strategic partners for brand awareness
- Proactively reach out to new potential local partners, knowing the whole business picture to negotiate the business terms effectively and successfully onboard the partners
- Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements from A to Z to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics
- Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in a business development role preferably in a payment, financial institution or e-commerce
- Proven track record of closing partnerships which grew metrics such as market penetration and user acquisition
- Understanding of the Turkish business landscape and its specifics
- Fluency in English, Turkish native
- Data-savvy, understands metrics of marketing and operations
- Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player
- A passion for crypto and digital assets
- Capable of working under pressure
