Summary

What you'll do

1. Maintain our brand visual identity and consistency in your designs
2. Ensure brand compliancy and a positive image
3. Create designs for in app/web banners/social media
4. Create merchandise designs for marketing and branding purposes
5. Create and lead in the art direction of marketing campaigns and offline events
6. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders for optimum design results
7. Design visual guidelines for the internal team to maximise work efficiency

What you'll need

1. Ability to speak and understand English and Mandarin.
2. Professional visual design experience in any web 3/fintech company.
3. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
4. Self-discipline with a strong work ethic, and have the ability to take initiative in advancing projects.
5. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
6. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools.
7. Video/animation/storyboarding skills a plus
8. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
