Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership, outcome-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to lead growth and P&L for Lemonn’s equity broking business. The candidate will own growth strategy, customer metrics, and profitability while working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and finance. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical thinking with strong market intuition and a deep understanding of financial markets and equity instruments.

 

What You Will Do:

  1. Own the P&L for the equity broking business, with clear accountability for revenue, costs, and profitability
  2. Define, design, and execute high-impact marketing and CRM strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retentions
  3. Analyze user behavior, market data, and industry trends to unlock growth opportunities
  4. Improve platform adoption, engagement, and wallet share among existing users
  5. Identify and execute strategic growth levers across pricing, product positioning, partnerships, and distribution
  6. Lead competitive intelligence to ensure Lemonn stays ahead of market shifts
  7. Own and improve key business and customer metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, ARPU, etc.)
  8. Partner with product teams to build industry-defining features and introduce new categories and capabilities
  9. Collaborate with finance to sharpen value propositions and optimize unit economics
  10. Build and nurture community-led initiatives to strengthen brand trust and user feedback loops
  11. Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives

What You Should Have:

  1. 6+ years of proven experience in owning product categories in fast paced startups
  2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  3. Hands-on experience managing or influencing P&L
  4. Deep analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  5. Strong understanding of fintech, equity markets, and brokerage business models
  6. Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and operations
  7. High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
  8. Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills    
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
