Summary

As a Senior Lead in Bitpanda’s Business Operations SWAT team, you will act as an execution powerhouse for the company’s most critical initiatives. You bring a consulting-grade mindset, translating high-level strategy into actionable execution. Your mission is to ensure that our top-priority projects are delivered end-to-end with speed, precision, and measurable business impact. You will thrive in complexity, cut through ambiguity, and drive alignment across functions.

What you’ll do 

1. Lead and own the execution of strategically critical, cross-functional initiatives with direct C-level sponsorship.
2. Translate business strategy into clear work-streams, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring end-to-end accountability.
3. Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, and C-level functions to ensure outcome delivery.
4. Identify dependencies and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them to maintain execution speed.
5. Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to leadership on execution strategy and prioritisation.

Who you are 

1. Background in top-tier consulting or equivalent execution-heavy roles, with a proven record of delivering impact.
2. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business acumen, comfortable operating in high-pressure environments.
3. Skilled at stakeholder management and alignment, with a bias toward execution and outcomes.
4. Able to thrive in ambiguity, rapidly structuring complex challenges into clear action plans.
5. Passionate about driving measurable impact and elevating execution culture at Bitpanda.
