About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, crypto-savvy Accountant (CPA) to own our books across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You’ll keep us compliant, guide strategic decisions with accurate reporting, and bring modern finance practices—including on-chain accounting—into our fast-moving Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain full-cycle accounting records (GL, AP/AR, payroll, month-end close) for both fiat and crypto holdings
2. Run payroll end-to-end: calculate, approve, and deliver salaries on schedule
3. Send rewards, bonuses, and giveaway payouts to partners, influencers, and community members (fiat & crypto)
4. Reconcile on-chain transactions and wallets; implement best-practice crypto bookkeeping tools
5. Produce timely IFRS- and US-GAAP-compliant statements for multinational entities
6. Monitor and audit recurring subscriptions, software licences, and other operating expenses; flag anomalies and savings opportunities
7. File tax returns and manage regulatory reporting across several countries
8. Design and enforce internal controls to safeguard digital and traditional assets
9. Liaise with auditors, external tax advisors, and banking/crypto-exchange partners
10. Collaborate with founders and department leads on budgeting, treasury, and cash-flow forecasts
11. Continuously improve processes—automate, document, and streamline wherever possible

Requirements

1. Active CPA (or equivalent charter) with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
2. Experience with Singapore and BVI compliance.
3. Hands-on expertise with accounting platforms (e.g., Binance, SafePal, CoinLedger, Request Finance, and more) and blockchain explorers
4. Solid command of IFRS, US-GAAP, and multi-currency consolidation
5. Proven track record managing payroll, compensation, and vendor payments in both fiat and crypto
6. Proficiency in leading ERP/accounting suites (NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks) and spreadsheet wizardry
7. Fluent English communicator—able to explain complex financial topics in plain language
