Summary

What you'll do

1. Product Planning & Design

1. Responsible for Web3 wallet product planning and feature design, combining industry trends and user needs to develop the product iteration roadmap.
2. Participate in the construction of wallet infrastructure (e.g., asset management, gas fee sponsorship, security and risk control) to improve system stability and scalability.
3. Design and optimize core functions such as transfers, payments, DApp interactions, and risk detection, ensuring a balance between usability and security.

2. Data & Optimization

1. Responsible for tracking and analyzing key business metrics of the wallet (e.g., deposit conversion, asset coverage).
2. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to drive decisions for future product direction.

3. User Research & Growth

1. Conduct in-depth research on target user groups (beginners, entry-level users, advanced users) to gain insights into their usage scenarios and pain points.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, customer service, and operations to achieve product goals.

What you'll need

1. Educational Background

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Financial Technology, or related fields.

2. Experience Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in internet or blockchain-related fields; candidates with experience in wallets, exchanges, payments, or financial products are preferred.
2. Familiar with Web3 products (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, DApps, etc.), with a deep understanding of wallet products.

3. Skills & Abilities

1. Solid technical foundation, able to understand underlying blockchain logic (account model, private keys/mnemonics, transaction signatures, gas mechanism, etc.) and communicate effectively with development teams.
2. Familiar with UX/UI principles, capable of delivering excellent user experiences.
3. Strong data analysis skills, able to propose optimization solutions based on data.
4. Excellent project management skills.

4. Bonus Points

1. Experience independently leading a wallet product from 0 to 1.
2. Familiar with cross-chain and multi-chain ecosystems (e.g., ETH, BSC, Solana, Tron).
3. Project experience in gas fee sponsorship and risk control.
4. Fluent in English, with the ability to quickly understand overseas industry news, whitepapers, and technical documentation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Product planning and design

1. Responsible for the product planning and function design of Web3 wallet, and formulate product iteration roadmap based on industry trends and user needs.
2. Participate in the construction of the underlying infrastructure of the wallet (such as asset management, gas payment, security risk control, etc.) to improve the stability and scalability of the system.
3. Design and optimize core functions such as transfer, collection, DApp interaction, and risk detection to ensure that the product is both easy to use and secure.

2. Data and Optimization

1. Responsible for tracking and analyzing the core business indicators of the wallet (such as deposit conversion rate, asset coverage, etc.).
2. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to drive decisions on future product direction.

3. User Research and Growth

1. Conduct in-depth research on target user groups (newbies, novice users, and experienced users) to gain insights into their usage scenarios and pain points.

4. Cross-departmental collaboration

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, UI/UX Design, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to achieve product goals.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science, software engineering, information management, financial technology, etc. is preferred.

2. Experience requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience as an Internet or blockchain-related product manager. Candidates with experience in wallets, exchanges, payments, or financial products are preferred.
2. Familiar with Web3 products (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, DApp, etc.) and have an in-depth understanding of wallet products.

3. Skills and abilities
