Summary
Responsibilities
- Define and own the growth strategy for Thailand, aligned with country and group-level goals.
 - Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns and product-led growth initiatives.
 - Build and manage a team covering performance marketing, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, influencers, and brand.
 - Oversee and optimize digital channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Line), SEO, and affiliate programs.
 - Work closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to improve conversion, onboarding funnels, and payment flows.
 - Develop and execute localized growth experiments, including referral programs, viral loops, and gamified engagement tactics.
 - Manage growth budgets and ensure strong ROI and cost-efficiency across campaigns.
 - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
 - Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for key growth metrics and share learnings across the organization.
 
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing, or a similar function—preferably in fintech, crypto, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
 - Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and driving user engagement through full-funnel marketing.
 - Deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
 - Strong analytical and experimental mindset; proficient with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
 - Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with product, data, engineering, and design.
 - Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
 - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture.
 - Chinese is a must.
