Summary

We’re seeking a Growth & Content Marketer to lead Gelato’s content execution and bring an AI-first approach to the marketing function. This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role where you’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to create compelling content, scale campaigns, and pioneer AI-led marketing workflows across Web3.

What You’ll Do

1. Create and manage content across blogs, case studies, newsletters, op-eds, and social channels.
2. Repurpose long-form content into digestible formats like threads, newsletters, and short-form updates.
3. Build thought leadership and narratives that position Gelato as the trusted infrastructure partner in Web3.
4. Develop and refine AI-driven workflows to accelerate content creation, distribution, and analytics.
5. Support campaigns around product launches, ecosystem events, and major announcements.

Requirements

1. Crypto native: active user of DeFi protocols and strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem.
2. 2+ years of experience in Web3 marketing, content, or growth roles (infrastructure experience preferred).
3. Proven ability to generate ideas and produce high-quality content across multiple formats and channels.
4. “AI-native”: fluent with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Midjourney, Gemini, and motivated to apply them in workflows.
5. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal handholding.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a small, fast-moving team.
7. Hungry to experiment, learn, and take ownership in a high-impact environment.
8. Location: Europe or North America, with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with CET.
