Role Overview

Dlicom is looking for a Global Senior SMM Lead with deep Web3 DNA and a proven track record of organically growing crypto communities.

This role owns the global social narrative and community growth across X, Telegram, Discord and other core Web3 platforms (excluding CMC).

The mission is clear: build a strong, active, and loyal Web3 community organically, not through bots or fake engagement — and turn social presence into real traction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and execute Dlicom’s global SMM strategy across X, Telegram, Discord and other Web3-native platforms
2. Build organic community growth funnels (content → engagement → community → retention)
3. Develop a clear content and narrative system aligned with Web3 culture, cycles, and trends
4. Grow and manage Telegram & Discord communities together with mods and community managers
5. Drive daily engagement, discussions, and community rituals (AMAs, spaces, drops, quests, etc.)
6. Collaborate with BD, Community, and Product teams to support launches, partnerships, and campaigns
7. Analyze performance and optimize based on real metrics (growth, engagement, retention)
8. Manage freelancers, designers, and copywriters when needed
9. Represent Dlicom’s voice consistently across all social touchpoints

Requirements

1. Senior-level experience in SMM for Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
2. Proven cases of organic community growth in Web3 (with clear numbers and proof)
3. Strong understanding of Web3 audience psychology, narratives, memes, and timing
4. Hands-on experience scaling X, Discord and Telegram communities from early stage to scale
5. Discord server setup with bots, roles etc.
6. Ability to create content strategies that perform without paid traffic
7. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
8. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
9. Self-starter, highly disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-moving Web3 environment

Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

1. Real, verifiable Web3 cases (projects, timelines, before/after metrics)
2. Experience personally owning growth, not just “posting content”
3. Deep familiarity with crypto Twitter (X), Telegram dynamics, and community culture

Nice to Have

1. Experience with SocialFi, wallets, messaging apps, or consumer Web3 products
2. Personal Web3 brand or active X account with strong engagement
3. Experience working with global, multi-language communities
