About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to join our growing technology team in London. *Only Londond based candidates will be approved

This is a key role where you will:

1. Architect, build, and deploy full-stack solutions powering our platform.
2. Take end-to-end ownership — from development through production.
3. Collaborate closely with both business stakeholders and our core engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
2. Build responsive UIs and server-side applications with JavaScript/Node.js (React preferred).
3. Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.
4. Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM).
5. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship features.
7. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
8. Apply security best practices across the stack.

Required Qualifications

1. 3–6+ years of professional experience as a full stack or backend-focused engineer.
2. Strong programming expertise in Python (REST APIs, async programming, ORMs).
3. Solid knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js for frontend and/or backend development.
4. Hands-on DevOps experience in AWS (deployments, automation, cost optimization).
5. Experience with Docker, CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), and monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK).
6. Proficiency with Git, automated testing, and Agile workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Working knowledge of C++ for integration with performance-critical systems.
2. Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
3. Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
4. Exposure to microservices, messaging queues (Kafka, SQS), event-driven architecture.
5. Understanding of authentication and API security (OAuth2, JWT, access control).
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
