Summary

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping Chainlink’s developer-focused narrative in the blockchain ecosystem through clear, compelling, and technically accurate content. As part of the Docs Team, you will create, refine, and enhance a wide range of materials that communicate Chainlink’s impact on onchain finance and asset tokenization. Your work will span technical documentation, code tutorials, developer-focused tooling, and more. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, developer advocates, and other cross-functional teams to ensure content is both engaging and informative for global audiences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing projects in the blockchain ecosystem and shape how the industry understands the future of decentralized finance.

Your Impact

1. Write, edit, and maintain developer documentation, tutorials, API references, and guides for Chainlink products
2. Collaborate with engineering, product, and developer relations teams to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content
3. Continuously improve the developer onboarding experience through clear, well-structured documentation
4. Work with open-source contributors to review and enhance community-submitted documentation
5. Organize and structure documentation for better discoverability and usability
6. Stay up-to-date with blockchain, smart contracts, and Chainlink ecosystem advancements to keep documentation relevant
7. Participate in content strategy discussions, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency across all documentation

Requirements

1. Strong ability to write clear, structured, and concise technical documentation, with an understanding of best practices for developer documentation
2. Experience with Markdown and Git. Comfortable reading, understanding and writing code samples (Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript)
3. Industry knowledge (Blockchains, DeFi, trends, use cases)
4. Experience contributing to open-source projects or blockchain communities
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product teams, and developer advocates
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics for a broad developer audience
7. Ability to operate independently, take on additional responsibilities as needed, and proactively identify and learn new skills or knowledge to adapt to evolving challenges
8. Ability to be flexible and turnover quality content quickly when needed

11. Strong interest in Blockchain technology

Preferred Requirements

1. Understanding of Chainlink and our product offerings
2. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Go, Rust, Move, Python, or Cairo is a plus
3. Demonstrated ability to enhance user experience by developing Astro documentation components.
