Summary

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless deployment, integration, and maintenance of software systems and services. You will be responsible for implementing zero-downtime deployment strategies, integrating various software components, and maintaining system stability for optimal performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a unified approach to software and infrastructure development across on-premises and cloud platforms. Leveraging deep expertise in infrastructure and automation, you will build secure and scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and simplify software delivery and infrastructure changes.

Location : This is a global remote position.

Responsibilities

1. Optimize database performance and ensure seamless operation without impacting service availability.
2. Enhance infrastructure security, scalability, and performance across on-prem and cloud environments.
3. Continuously improve DevOps practices by implementing automation, monitoring, and incident response strategies.
4. Troubleshoot complex networking, system, and application issues across distributed environments.
5. Operate and optimize Prometheus/Thanos for large-scale metrics collection, storage, and alerting.
6. Manage and maintain EFK (Elasticsearch, Fluentbit, Kibana) stack for centralized logging and observability.

Qualifications

1. 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
2. Ability to proactively define and resolve infrastructure and operational challenges.
3. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
4. Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
5. Understanding and experience in Microservices Architecture (MSA).
6. Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, networking, and operating systems.
7. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
8. Business-level proficiency in Korean.

Preferred

1. Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
2. Prior experience in exchanges or fintech companies.
3. Domain knowledge in cryptocurrency, financial systems, engineering, networking, and system architecture.
4. Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm, GitHub Actions, Harbor, and Cloudflare.
5. Business-level proficiency in English.
