Role Summary
Target Mafia is seeking a Crypto Product & Security Specialist to ensure the safety and performance of smart contracts and DeFi/iGaming projects that directly impact marketing campaigns and partner performance. You will audit contracts, optimize token integrations, and collaborate with marketing and partnership teams. This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours and payouts fully in crypto.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Audit smart contracts, token integrations, and DeFi protocols impacting marketing campaigns.
- Identify and document vulnerabilities or security risks.
- Work with development and marketing teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Ensure smooth crypto payouts and wallet integrations for partners and campaigns.
- Analyze project performance and provide recommendations to optimize adoption and ROI.
Required Skills
- Digital Marketing experience in crypto, DeFi, or iGaming
- Understanding of smart contracts and blockchain security
- Tokenomics and crypto payment management
- Analytics, KPI tracking, and strategic thinking
- Team collaboration and communication skills
Education and Experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing, product management, or crypto projects
- Experience with smart contract audits or crypto project security
- Proven track record of working with token integrations or DeFi/iGaming campaigns
- Portfolio or case studies of previous projects
- Upper-Intermediate+ English communication skills
