Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and engage with global communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and others, ensuring regular and high-frequency interactions to address user queries and cultivate community spirit.
2. Design and implement community engagement strategies tailored to our platforms (Telegram & Discord) and activities, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.
3. Oversee and manage community tools, bots (e.g., Collab.Land, MEE6), and systems that support the community’s growth and engagement.
4. Conceptualize and execute online campaigns to stimulate engagement, with clear incentive mechanisms to drive participation.
5. Track and analyze community metrics such as engagement rates, growth, and sentiment, providing actionable insights and reports to improve strategies.
6. Develop and maintain clear SOPs for community moderation and management, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track industry trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and provide valuable product feedback to the marketing and development teams.
8. Lead community-focused tasks and align with broader marketing initiatives to enhance community visibility.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Web3 community management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects (preferably from the ground up in DeFi, L1/L2).
2. Expertise in community strategy design and execution across Discord (ambassador program/campaigns), with the ability to engage diverse and large-scale audiences.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams of community moderators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a strong community culture.
4. Proven success in running community growth campaigns, with at least two campaigns achieving over 5k participants.
5. Fluency in English (native) with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
6. High-level multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle urgent, high-intensity community events and activities.
7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage community metrics and analytics tools to optimize performance.
